Thomas ist Leiter des Unternehmensbereichs Training & Coaching und unterstützt damit Organisationen in der Entwicklung ihrer Mitarbeitenden. Mittlerweile hat er mehr als 7.500 Menschen aus hunderten Unternehmen auf ihrem Entwicklungsweg begleitet.
